On Saturday, July 6th, the Kent Junior Chamber of Commerce will host our annual Ducks River Race and we invite you to bet on a duck!
As part of the Kent Heritage Festival, The Kent Jaycees drop over 2,000 plastic ducks that have been bet on off the Main Street Bridge. These ducks float down to Tannery Park, and the first ducks to cross the finish line win a variety of prizes! The ducks are dropped from the Main Street Bridge over the Cuyahoga River at 6:00pm, thanks to the Kent Fire Department.
This is our 26th year, and we look forward to sharing it with you and your family. Buy a duck now and bring your family to the festival for games, food, crafts and more!
One Grand Prize Winner will win $1,000, with a variety of other prizes available. Winners do not need to be present to win, and will be notified after July 6th via email or phone.
